PIN style rubber screw and barrel Pin screw barrel is single screw barrel used on a single screw extruder withup to 10 rows of radial pins projecting from the barrel wall into the screw fluite, thereby doing flow division, laminar change and drop in shear, giving excellent flexibility, perfect mixing and dispersing effect. The same machine can be adopted working with full range of rubbers without any change in the machine as regards screw design etc. EJS produces pin screw barrel for pin extruders for over 20 years.
