EJSwas founded from a small workshop making conical screw barrel for conical screw extruders in 1992.
With decades of growing, now we have roughly 10,000 sets of conical screw barrel made each year, selling all over the world. Our factory is considered top producer of conical scrw barrels.
When more and more extruders are exported from China, we have more and more customers from overseas in need of twin conical screw barrel. For those who don’t have drawings of conical screw barrel, we’re able to send our engineer over to do on-site measurement, which was often the case before COVID-19.
The conical twin scrw barrel are widely used on processing granulation, panel, PVC profile, PVC pipe etc. A large quantity of co-rotating and counter-rotating conical twin screws barrels are produced every year in our factory. We keep some types semi-finished in stock like 55/110, 65/132, which enable us to provide a much shorter delivery time.
