For K2022, EJS was the only Chinese Screw Barrel exhibitor wearing masks all 8 days long.
That didn't mean we wanted to wear masks, however the Exit and Entry rules at that time was quite critical.
Every day we wore N95 masks for over 8 hours long;
Every day we use Alcohol disinfectant frequently to keep us away from virus;
Every day, we didn't eat outside with a big crowd.
We were very careful, we were very serious, we wanted to go home safely without expectations.
Fortunately K2022 was a great show, we talked to hundreds of people, including old partners and potential customers, from extrusion to injection, from plastics to rubber, from single to twin.
We talked to them, we share with them the real situation in China, from COVID-19 to screw barrel business.
We are open, EJS is open, screw barrel is open for all people, from OEM machine builders to End users, who are serious about quality, and who is willing to pay for quality.
More than once, we met people, who were happy and satisfied about the price, but unhappy with the quality.
They would complain about the quality, and keep doing the same thing again and again.
We think they're not truly serious, because every penny counts. Quality is produced, quality is not said, easier said than to be done!
When you want low price, how can you expect high quality? That's not logical at all.
Quality is related to the cost, from materials, good machines to experienced operators, stable workers, every process is important.
If one person goes off 0.01mm, after a dozen workers, it goes to more than 0.1.
So quality is a system, every person is part of this job. When every person take over this job with quality-oriented mind, the situation will get much better!
